About Rob
Rob is an experienced, highly qualified and sought-after trainer, who runs his own private personal training studio, in Hackney Downs. He combines over 16 years of experience, as a trainer, with a life-long enthusiasm for exercise and the science of the human body.
Rob’s passion for exercise goes back to his childhood, when he would love playing a wide variety of sports. These days Rob not only helps his clients to become fitter, stronger & leaner - they are more mobile, sleep better and experience less joint aches and pains.
Rob’s aim is to motivate his clients to take control of their health & fitness and guide them to more capable bodies in safe, fun and happy sessions.
Mobility
The ability to move through and control your body, at a bigger range of movement means happier joints and reduced risk of injury.
